I tried to contact this post office since a package I had ordered was delivered there instead of my home (17527 versus 17257). The woman who answered was very short with me and promptly placed all blame on the company who I purchased the product from. There were no apologies, just insistence of fraudulence on the company's part (despite the company confirming my correct address). She was less than helpful and overall rude, even to me when I was simply trying to track my package, not point fingers. In the end, the company fulfilled their part with excellent customer service and will be replacing the product. Hopefully the post office will not screw this up again and if they do, it will go to a different town with someone with a less repulsive attitude.
Best service and post office I have ever worked with! Employees are vey helpful, and treat you as a neighbor. Highly recommended!
